What is the Talven Web Assistant?

The Web Assistant is conversational AI for your website: it answers your visitors from your own content, shows them what you offer, and takes requests for your team.

A visitor asks a question in their own words. The Web Assistant answers from what your business has published and approved. It can show products, rooms, menus or maps beside the answer. When the visitor is ready, it takes the booking or the request and passes it to your team with the conversation attached.

Web Assistant is the name of the category. You give your own Web Assistant its own name, colors and greeting, so visitors meet your business, not ours.

What is Talven CX Studio?

Talven CX Studio is the product of Talven Tech, Inc. that gives the website a business already has the Talven Web Assistant, built from that business's own content.

CX Studio has two sides. The Web Assistant is what your visitors meet. CX Studio Manager is where your team watches what it does and changes what it knows, how it speaks and what it may do.

What does the Talven Web Assistant do?

The Web Assistant does three jobs on your website: it answers, it shows, and it acts.

  • It answers. It replies from the knowledge you approved, at any hour, in the visitor's language. When it does not know, it says so.
  • It shows. It presents answers, information and products in the clearest form, with structured content and rich media. It uses your own pictures, video and facts, and it adds comparisons, menus and maps where they help.
  • It acts. It handles complex forms, records requests and orders, and gives signed-in customers their account details. Your team reviews and answers leads in CX Studio Manager. Connectors push leads and content to your CRM and other backend systems.

The reason is simple. A web page cannot answer the question that arrives at eleven at night. The visitor leaves, and you never learn they were there. The Web Assistant answers that question and hands your team the lead.

How does the Talven Web Assistant work?

Talven reads your website, builds your Web Assistant from your pages, text and pictures, and you add it to your site with one line of code.

  1. You give us your website. We read your pages, text and pictures.
  2. We build your Web Assistant from that content, with your colors and your rules.
  3. You try it in CX Studio Manager and correct what you want to change.
  4. You paste one line of code into your site, and visitors can talk to it.

After that, each visitor question goes through the same path. The Web Assistant looks in your approved knowledge, answers from what it finds, and hands the visitor to your team when a person is needed. For the steps of the sign-up, see How do I start?.

What does the Talven Web Assistant know?

The Web Assistant knows what your business publishes and approves: your pages, articles, photos, menus, offers and prices.

It starts with what we read from your website. You can then add articles, import documents, and connect systems such as your CMS or help center. You can read everything it knows in CX Studio Manager and edit it in plain words.
