What can the Talven Web Assistant show beside the answer?
The Web Assistant can show products, galleries, comparisons, menus, maps, offers and structured next steps beside its answer, using your own pictures and facts.
A visitor who asks for two e-bikes for a commute can see both side by side, with range, weight and price. A guest who asks about rooms can see your photographs. The Web Assistant chooses what to show from your own records, so prices and media stay as you set them.
You decide how it looks. Cards can sit in the conversation or in a panel beside it, and the Web Assistant can open as a compact panel, as a window beside its content, or across the full window. You can also choose not to show a picture in answers.

What can the Talven Web Assistant do for a visitor, like a booking or a request?
The Web Assistant can take a request, arrange a call back, check availability, make a booking, open a ticket, and hand a lead to your CRM.
It writes up what the visitor wants, so your team starts from a formed request. Bookings, tickets and CRM entries need an action connector to the tool you use.
It confirms with the visitor before it does anything. Before an action that changes a record, it says what it will do and waits for the visitor's yes.

What is a brief?
A brief is the written summary of what a visitor wants, built from the conversation so that your team does not have to ask again.
An event inquiry, for example, becomes a brief with the occasion, the number of guests and their tastes. You can open and download the brief with the lead in CX Studio Manager.

What kinds of forms can the Talven Web Assistant fill in?
The Web Assistant can run forms from a simple call-back form to one with multiple sections, dates, choices and conditional fields.
You build the forms in CX Studio Manager without a developer. Each kind of request has its own name, its own fields or guided sections, and hints that help the Web Assistant recognize it. The Web Assistant walks the visitor through the sections in order.
You choose what it asks for: a name plus an email address or a phone number, or the email address only. With the email address only, it never asks for a name or a phone number, and it never promises a booked time.

What happens to a lead from the Talven Web Assistant?
Every name, need and contact reaches your inbox in CX Studio Manager or your CRM, with the whole conversation behind it.
An email also brings each new lead to your team. You choose who receives it, and it can start with a short AI summary of the conversation. Your team can read the lead and reply to the visitor directly.
To file leads in a CRM, connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive.

How does the Talven Web Assistant hand over to a person?
The Web Assistant hands over by passing the request to your team with the conversation attached, so nobody has to start again.
It does this when it lacks a fact, when the visitor asks for a person, or when your rules say a person must decide. Your team gets the request in CX Studio Manager and by email, and can reply to the visitor from there.
You can also route the request into a tool your team already uses, such as a help desk or a CRM. If your team is offline, the visitor still leaves with a clear next step instead of an empty chat window.

Can the Talven Web Assistant recognize my signed-in customers?
Yes, through a pilot: a signed-in customer gets answers about their own account, orders and bookings.
This needs a customer connector to your system. It is set up with you in a pilot. Tell us about your project and we set it up with you.
