Integrations with the tools you use

An integration connects the Talven Web Assistant to one vendor. Each one offers tools, and a tool is one thing the Web Assistant can do there. You supply the credential and choose which tools are on.

How do integrations work?

An integration connects your Web Assistant to one vendor with a credential you supply, and it gives your Web Assistant a set of tools in that vendor.

Some tools only read, such as a search for a contact. Other tools change something, such as a booking, a ticket or a message. Before a tool changes something, your Web Assistant says what it will do and waits for the visitor's yes.

You can switch each tool on or off. The full list of connectors is under Which action connectors exist?.
