01 · Answer

Answers from what you approved.

Your Web Assistant answers from the knowledge you approved, such as articles, images, rules, menus and prices. It checks before it answers. You manage all of it in CX Studio Manager.

How it stays accurate

Accurate when it knows; honest when it does not.

It says what it knows. When it does not know, it says so and does not make things up.

02 · Show

Shows what the answer needs.

A visitor asks, and the answer comes with what they need to see, laid out beside the answer. It uses structured content and rich media, with your own pictures, video and facts.

Prices, policies and media stay exactly as you set them.

03 · Act

Takes the next step.

A visitor leaves a request, places an order, asks for a call back, or books. The Web Assistant writes it up and updates your team or your systems.

  • Forms. From a simple call-back form to one with multiple sections, dates, choices and conditional fields.
  • Leads. Every name, need and contact reaches your inbox or CRM with the whole conversation behind it. Your team reviews and answers them in CX Studio Manager.
  • Requests and orders. It records what the visitor asks for or orders, and passes it to your team.
  • Account details. A signed-in customer gets their own account, orders and bookings.
  • Connected systems. It can check availability, book, open a ticket, or push leads and content to your CRM and other backend systems. It confirms with the visitor before it does anything.

The request reaches your team along with the conversation.

04 · Manage

Your view of the Talven Web Assistant.

CX Studio Manager is where you manage your Web Assistant: see what it says and does, measure it, follow up and change it.

  • See every conversation. Watch it as it happens or reopen it later. Each thread is graded: did it answer, did it stick to your content, and is the visitor happy or not?
  • Measure what it does. Insights show what visitors ask most and what it could not answer. Reports go from the month down to a single conversation, and a weekly email brings the numbers to you.
  • Follow up. Leads, requests and contacts land in an inbox. Your team can view and reply to them directly. It can also connect to your CRM.
  • Shape it. Edit what it knows: articles, photos, menus and offers. Set its name, colors, greeting and rules. Changes are live from the next conversation.
  • Ask it anything about the Talven Web Assistant. The assistant there can read every conversation, run reports, uncover insights, and help manage content.

Its rules for safety and for sticking to your content are not editable, for higher protection from abuse.

Nothing happens behind your back.

05 · Connect

Connects to the systems you use.

Three tasks, using the tools you already run. Select one to see it.

All about connectors

It checks your calendar, books a slot, opens a ticket or hands a lead to your CRM. Nothing happens without the visitor’s consent or knowledge.

It answers from your pages, your CMS, your help center and your data. Approve your content once, and it answers from it.

A signed-in customer gets answers about their own account, orders and bookings.

    Open to your own apps

An open API and an MCP server let your apps and other AI assistants connect and converse with your Web Assistant.

Try it on your own website.
