What is CX Studio Manager?
CX Studio Manager is where you manage your Web Assistant: you see what it says and does, measure it, follow up on leads, and change what it knows and how it behaves.
It is a web application that you log in to. Every plan includes it. Each person on your team has their own account, and you can invite people by name and email.

Can I see what my Web Assistant says to my visitors?
Yes. Every conversation appears in CX Studio Manager, and you can watch it as it happens or reopen it later.
Each conversation is graded: did it answer, did it stick to your content, and is the visitor happy or not? You can correct any answer, and the correction is live in the next conversation. You can also download a conversation as a readable transcript.

What do the insights and reports show?
Insights show what visitors ask most and what your Web Assistant could not answer, and reports go from the month down to a single conversation.
You can run a report, schedule it, pin it, and share or export it. A weekly report by email on Monday brings last week's conversations and contact requests to the people you choose. You can turn that email on or off.
You can also define your own analysis: pass or fail questions about each conversation, and the values you want collected when a visitor states them. CX Studio Manager never guesses those values.

Can I ask questions about my visitors in CX Studio Manager?
Yes. You can ask in plain words inside CX Studio Manager, and the assistant there can read every conversation, run reports, uncover insights and help manage your content.
You can ask how your Web Assistant answers your visitors, or ask it to change something, such as a price or an answer. It proposes the change and you approve it. You can attach a document, and it reads that too.

How do I change what my Web Assistant knows?
You change what your Web Assistant knows in the knowledge library of CX Studio Manager, where you edit articles, photos, menus and offers in plain language.
- Write a new article, or ask for a draft.
- Import documents from a file or from a crawl.
- Keep exact facts, such as products and prices, as structured records.
- Use the suggestions list. Each suggestion is a proposal that you accept or decline.
Your edits stay in place. If you edit a page we read from your website, your version survives the next re-crawl.

Can I set the Web Assistant's name, look and rules?
Yes. You set its name, avatar, colors, greeting and rules in CX Studio Manager with plain fields and no code.
- Look. Choose a ready-made theme from six categories, then a style. It uses your brand colors.
- Opening. Choose the opening scene: its title, its suggestion tiles and its photographs.
- Launcher. Choose what visitors see before they open it: a bubble, a greeting, or a welcome message that types itself out.
- Size. Choose compact, standard or full window, and how it opens on a phone.
- Rules. Write what it must say and what it must never say, one rule per line.
You also set your business facts once, such as your contact details, your hours and your service area. The safety and grounding rules are the one thing you cannot edit.

Who on my team can use CX Studio Manager?
Each person has their own account with one of three roles: Owner, Admin or Member.
Owners can do everything, billing included. A Member sees only their own work. The role is checked on every request, and an activity log shows who did what in the workspace.
Each person can change their name and password and see where they are signed in. A sign-in lasts at most 30 days.

Where do the leads and requests go in CX Studio Manager?
Leads, requests and contacts land in an inbox in CX Studio Manager, where your team can view them and reply directly.
Each lead carries the conversation behind it, and you can mark it as contacted. You can also connect a CRM, so that leads are filed there as well. See What happens to a lead?.
