How do I start with the Talven Web Assistant?
You start with a free trial: choose “Try one free”, enter your name, your business, your work email and your website, and confirm your email with a 6-digit code.
You do not need a payment card. The trial lasts 7 days or 1,000 website sessions, whichever comes first. See How does the free trial work?.

What do you need from me to start?
We need your name, your business name, your work email and your website address, and you choose the languages your Web Assistant speaks.
We build your Web Assistant from the pages of the website you give us, so your website needs to be online and readable. You do not need a developer for the sign-up.

How do you build my Web Assistant?
We read your website, turn your pages, text and pictures into its knowledge, set it up with your colors, and email you when your Web Assistant is ready.
This can take a while. CX Studio Manager shows each step as it happens, so you can follow the build. The email tells you when your Web Assistant is ready to try.
If a build cannot finish, the setup page says why and offers to build it again.

What happens after I sign up?
After you sign up, we build your Web Assistant, you try it, you put it on your website, and you choose a plan before the trial ends.
- We read your website and build your Web Assistant.
- We email you when it is ready.
- You open it from CX Studio Manager and ask it what your customers ask you.
- You change what you want: what it knows, how it looks, and its rules.
- You add it to your website with one line of code.
- You choose a plan in CX Studio Manager before the trial ends.
The Home page of CX Studio Manager has a checklist that takes you from sign-up to a live Web Assistant.

Can I sign up without a website?
No. The sign-up asks for a website, because we build your Web Assistant from it, so write to us if you do not have one yet.
Write to hello@talventech.com and tell us about your business.

Can I see a demo first?
Yes. You can request a guided demo of Sapphire Bay, a fictional resort that shows the Talven Web Assistant from both sides.
As a guest, you ask questions about the resort, get answers from its approved content, change language partway through, and follow a request as it moves on. In CX Studio Manager, you review each conversation, see requests arrive with their details, and trace answers back to the knowledge they came from.
Give your name, work email and company on the demo page. We review your request and email you the next step. During the guided demo we show you the parts that are ready to explore.

Is Sapphire Bay a real resort?
No. Sapphire Bay is a fictional resort that we built to show how the Talven Web Assistant works, and it is not a Talven customer.
Prices and other figures in its sample conversations belong to the fictional resort. They are not Talven's prices.
