What does the Talven Web Assistant cost?
Talven CX Studio has three monthly plans: Launch at $49, Grow at $149 and Business at $349, in US dollars, plus tax.

Every plan starts with a free trial of 7 days, with no credit card required. Above 10,000 website sessions a month, we agree the price with you.

What is a website session?
A website session is a visit to your website by one person, however many pages they look at, and it ends after 30 minutes without activity.
A session is not a chat message. Every plan includes unlimited conversations. The line of code on your site does the counting, so only pages that have the line are counted. Sessions that look like automated traffic from a single network are not counted.
CX Studio Manager shows your sessions for the period against your plan, with the last 30 days day by day.

What is the difference between the plans?
The plans differ only in website sessions and price, and every plan is the full Web Assistant.
Connectors to your own systems and sign-in for your customers are set up with you in a pilot.

What does every plan include?
Every plan includes the Talven Web Assistant on your website that sticks to your own content, and CX Studio Manager to run it.
- CX Studio Manager: name your Web Assistant, set its ground rules, review its conversations.
- Unlimited conversations within your website sessions.
- A plan change in CX Studio Manager whenever your traffic changes.
- Monthly billing in US dollars, and cancellation at the end of any billing period.

What do I get for $49 a month?
For $49 a month, plus tax, the Launch plan gives you the full Web Assistant and CX Studio Manager for 1,000 website sessions a month.
It is the same Web Assistant as on the larger plans. You can move up at any time, and nothing is rebuilt.

Which plan fits my site?
Pick the smallest plan that covers the website sessions you expect each month, and change plans as your traffic changes.
- Up to 1,000 visits a month: Launch.
- Up to 5,000 visits a month: Grow.
- Up to 10,000 visits a month: Business.
- More than 10,000 visits a month: tell us about your project.
Your web analytics show your monthly visits. Once the line of code is on your site, CX Studio Manager shows how many sessions your site uses.

What if I use all my website sessions?
We email you at 80% and again at 100%, and at 100% your Web Assistant pauses until your next billing period starts or until you move up a plan.
Moving up takes effect at once. A pause at the session limit never puts a workspace to sleep and never leads to deletion.

Can I change plan later?
Yes. You change plan in CX Studio Manager: moving up takes effect at once, and moving down works when this period's sessions fit the lower plan.
It is the same Web Assistant either way, and nothing is rebuilt. The billing details are under How does changing plan work?.

Which currency do I pay in, and does the price include tax?
Plans are sold in US dollars by Talven Tech, Inc., and prices do not include tax.
Any tax that applies is added to your invoice. A subscription keeps the currency it started in.

Is there an annual plan or a discount?
No. Plans are billed monthly, and we publish no annual plan, discount, non-profit rate or startup rate.
If you have a larger project, tell us about it, and we agree the price with you.
