Larger organizations and the free pilot
The three plans cover most websites. Larger projects start with a free, private pilot on your own content, and we then agree the scope and the price with you.

What is there for larger organizations?
A larger organization starts with a free, private pilot on its own content, and we then agree the scope and the price together.
This is the right route if you:
- Expect more than 10,000 website sessions a month.
- Want a rollout with our team.
- Want a custom connector to your own systems.
- Have a project of your own in mind.
Connectors to your own systems and sign-in for your customers are set up with you in a pilot, and a smaller business can ask for one too.

What is a pilot?
A pilot is a free, private trial of CX Studio that we build from your own website and content, with most of the work on our side.
You see a working Web Assistant before we make you an offer. You try it with real questions, and you are under no obligation to continue. If you like it, you keep going with a working Web Assistant.

How does a pilot work?
A pilot works in four steps: we review your request, we build a first pilot, you try it privately, and we agree what comes next.
- We review your request. Someone on our team looks at your website and at what you want to do.
- We build a first pilot. We build it from your own content, media, languages and brand.
- You try it privately. You try your Web Assistant and CX Studio Manager in private, and nothing goes public.
- We agree what comes next. Once we both understand what is possible, we discuss the scope, price and timeline with you.

How do I ask for a pilot?
You ask for a pilot with the project form at talventech.com/pilot, and a person on our team reads every request.
Open Tell us about your project.
Step 1 asks for your name and work email. Step 2 asks for your business name and website, and you can add what your Web Assistant should help with and your main market. When you continue from step 1, we keep your name and email so that we can follow up, even if you do not finish step 2.

What will a larger project cost?
We agree the price of a larger project with you after the pilot, and the pilot itself is free.
Above 10,000 website sessions a month, the price does not come from a session count, because a larger project needs its own scope. We publish no list price for it.

Who is a good fit for a pilot?
A pilot is a great fit if you have a real website with substance behind it and customers who ask questions every day.
If you are not sure, ask us anyway. A person reads every request.

What do I get to test in a pilot?
In a pilot you test both sides: the Web Assistant your customers meet, and CX Studio Manager, where your team watches and changes it.
Bring your hardest questions, including the ones another product got wrong. A pilot on your own content is the place to try them.

Can my customers sign in and talk to the Talven Web Assistant about their account?
Yes, through a pilot: a signed-in customer gets answers about their own account, orders and bookings.
This is separate from how your own team logs in to CX Studio Manager. For your team, single sign-on and a second sign-in factor are not available yet, as our Security page says.
