TalvenCX Studio

Web agencies and consultancies can offer CX Studio to their clients. This page gives the full argument. To start the conversation, use the partner page.

Can my agency or consultancy offer CX Studio to its clients?

Yes. Web agencies and consultancies can offer CX Studio to their clients, co-branded or, by agreement, under their own brand.

You know your market and the businesses you work with. We provide the Web Assistant and keep it running. Together we shape an offer that carries your name, and each client keeps its own identity.

A web agency adds CX Studio to the websites it builds and looks after. A consultancy brings it into its digital strategy, customer experience or industry projects.

Why partner with Talven instead of building our own assistant?

Partnering lets you spend your time on the client and the market, because the product behind the chat window already exists and we run it.

Building a chat window is not the same as building the product behind it. CX Studio already brings together grounded knowledge, exact business facts, rich presentation, actions, rules, CX Studio Manager and delivery on several channels. You can invest in market fit, client change, integration and service instead.

What would my clients receive?

Each client gets its own Web Assistant for its customers and its own CX Studio Manager to look after it.

  • It shows as it answers. Answers can arrive as products, galleries, comparisons, menus, maps, offers and structured next steps.
  • It keeps facts exact. Approved knowledge explains. Structured records keep facts, media and prices exactly as the client set them.
  • It moves the request forward. It can qualify a need, prepare a brief, capture a lead, route a request, or hand the next step to a person.
  • It does not guess. When it cannot support an answer, it says so.
  • The client manages it. CX Studio Manager holds the knowledge, rules, conversations, reports and leads.
  • It keeps growing. We add new connections and channels to the same product.

Who does what in a partnership?

The partner leads in its market, the client decides what its Web Assistant may say and do, and Talven provides and runs the product.

  • The partner brings its relationships, its reputation and its knowledge of the local market. It takes the lead in understanding each client's needs, shaping the offer and delivering it locally, as we agree.
  • The client keeps ownership of its brand, content, offerings and policies, and decides what its Web Assistant may say and do.
  • Talven provides the product and keeps developing it. We look after the platform, its security and the day-to-day running of the product.

What are the commercial terms for partners?

The commercial terms are agreed privately with each partner, and we publish no partner price, discount or revenue share.

The details we agree together include who owns the client relationship, billing, pricing, exclusivity, support and any custom development.

How does a partnership start?

A partnership starts with one client you know well.

  1. Choose a client. Pick a business whose customers and content you know well enough to judge whether CX Studio belongs in your offer.
  2. Shape a pilot together. You bring the client and your knowledge of their market. We set up a private Web Assistant from the content the client approves.
  3. Agree the relationship. If it works well, we agree on branding, delivery, support and commercial terms before you offer it more widely.

Is my firm a good fit for a partnership?

Your firm is a good fit if you advise, build or run digital services for established businesses and want a repeatable product beside your own services.

It also helps if you know a geography, an industry or a client group well, and if you can add real local or delivery value. You do not need to arrive with a finished commercial model.
