What is the conversational web?
The conversational web is a web where a visitor says what they need and the business answers, instead of the visitor searching through pages for it.
The web has learned two ways of meeting people, and it is learning a third. First it published documents. Then it ran applications. Now it is beginning to receive people through dialogue.
Dialogue here means more than questions and answers. It also means showing, choosing, booking and following up. The visitor no longer has to learn how your site is organized. They say what they want, and the conversation brings it to them.

What is conversational AI for a website?
Conversational AI for a website is software that understands what a visitor asks in their own words and replies in natural language on your site.
Talven CX Studio is conversational AI for your website. The name of the thing a visitor meets is the Talven Web Assistant: it answers your visitors, shows them what you offer, and takes requests for your team.

Why does a website need to be conversational?
A website needs to be conversational because a page cannot ask what a visitor wants, and a visitor who cannot find an answer usually leaves without telling you.
A business puts what it knows into pages, menus and PDFs. Then the customer does the work: they navigate, compare and fill in the form alone. In a conversation, the business does that work. The visitor describes the need once, and the answer arrives with what they need to see and the next step.

Does the Talven Web Assistant replace my website?
No. The Web Assistant sits on the website you already have and answers from it.
Your pages stay where they are, and search engines keep reading them. The Web Assistant adds a way to get answers from those pages by asking. It also has its own page at its own address, which you can share with a link or a QR code.

Can other AI agents talk to my Web Assistant?
Yes. Your Web Assistant publishes an Agent Card and answers other AI agents over the A2A protocol, under the same rules it follows with visitors.
More and more people will send an AI agent to ask a business a question for them. An agent that reaches your Web Assistant gets an answer from your approved knowledge, the same as a person does. An open API and an MCP server also let your own apps and other AI assistants connect and converse with your Web Assistant.
