A seven-day free trial
The free trial now lasts 7 days instead of 3. It still needs no payment card, and we email you the day before it ends.
A Home page with a getting-started checklist
Your console has a Home page with a checklist of the steps from sign-up to a live assistant on your website.
Install guides and Check my site
Deploy → Install has step-by-step guides for popular website platforms, and Check my site tells you whether your assistant is on your website.
Notifications in the console
A bell in the console now shows your notifications.
Sign-up pages in this website’s look
The sign-up pages now use the same light look as talventech.com.
Privacy requests
Owners and admins can find what their workspace holds about one person, and export or erase it, from the Privacy requests page in Settings.
Setup tells you why
If a build of your assistant cannot finish, or is not published, the setup page now says why and offers to build it again.
Roles for your team
Each person in your workspace is an Owner, an Admin or a Member, and the Members page shows who has which role. A Member sees only their own work.
My account
A My account page lets each person change their name and password and see where they are signed in. A sign-in now lasts at most 30 days.
Prices in US dollars
Plans are now sold in US dollars by Talven Tech, Inc. A subscription that started in Swiss francs stays in francs.
Themes for your assistant
Choose a theme for your assistant from a library of themes, under Deploy → Themes in your console.
No website? We build one
A business without a website can sign up too: drop in your content, and we build a simple site with your assistant on it.
A shorter sign-up
Sign-up now takes four steps, and setup shows your visitors’ first screen as it takes shape.
Sign-up opens on your build
After sign-up you land on a page that shows your assistant being built, step by step. The email that says your assistant is ready now arrives only once it answers.
A guided first sign-in
Your first sign-in opens a short welcome guide and a tour of the console, and a progress bar shows your assistant being built.
