Action connectors
Your assistant can do more than answer. An action connector lets it check availability, book, open a ticket or hand a lead to your CRM. Before anything that changes a record, it says what it will do and waits for the visitor’s yes.

Any system with an MCP server or an OpenAPI 3 description connects without new code, for content and for actions. A vendor we don’t cover yet becomes a packaged connector, open to every customer.
